The washed sand portion, approx. 80 to 90% of the total volume to constitute is promoted to a sand dryer and then stored locally or directly to a disposal device supplied. Fine mud and pollutants

The drained fine mud (humus) is delivered in unassailable form, and can be stored temporarily in open hollows or containers or removed. In cases of contamination the pollutants are in this portion, which after separation from rough property and all the sand above, exhibits now as a far smaller volume.

Waste water

The water freed with the thickening procedure is led back over a control intermediate basin dirt-freight-free into the natural environment.

The waste water, developing with the drainage by reaction with the flocculant, is back-channeled into the cycle of the thickening aggregate, likewise the waste water from the sand drying process.
